A regulated-finance technologist with 20+ years across fintech: building securities, futures and fund trading and settlement systems in Hong Kong, and cross-border payments infrastructure. Equally a hands-on software architect and systems builder.
Current focus
Leads technology across Orbitra's platform, giving trading companies a verified identity through OrbitraID, the intelligence to find and evaluate counterparties through OrbitraSCOUT, and the infrastructure to act through OrbitraOS.
Research interests
How regulated industries close the gap between the information they hold and the decisions they need to make. What it takes to make trust programmable, so that verification is an outcome, not a process.
Away from tech, Jimi is a certified hypnotherapy instructor and a stage-play director and actor. He's comfortable holding a room, whether it's an audience, a class, or a room full of engineers.
